AZCO' corp's new blister card cutting system BCS allows original formats of blister cards to be cut into different sizes. Just place the blister cards into this unit and the unit will automatically cut to size; thus reducing waste, tooling cost, and shortening delivery time.
Simple to use and compact in size, the unit comes in two models; either as a bench top unit or an inline unit with the blister machine. Just plug the unit into 110vac outet and place the blister to be cut into the vertical magazine. The AZCO BCS unit operates at a high-cycle rate. The blisters are automatically fed from a vertical magazine and go into a shear cutting station. After the blisters are cut they may be placed into a tray or onto a conveyor. The shear cut blades provide clean cuts and long life. Rounded corners and radius cuts are possible.
