And yes, chief did have help BUT, we are talking about the high charity level here, where he had no help at all, only cortana opening doors for him.

Yes you could do that, but I have played through that part on heroic and still finished all of them altogether. and by the way, using the force isnt fistfighting or gunfighting, the jedis might only win because they have thier force. Bullets used by the UNSC, like the sniper rifle rounds, are armour piercing and would put a few holes through any jedi or stormtrooper

Yes, they all attacked him.. and they ALSO ALL attacked each other. that was a HUGE advantage on cheif's side, they were too busy killing eachother to notice you unless you walked in from of them or attack them. you could easily just avoid their attention, wait till they kill eachother down enough, then brutalate the thinned out forces by surprise.

In all do respect, Force requires a lot more training and skill to use than a gun, ANYONE can use a gun.

In a gunfight, the gun won't do any good if it's been broken by an unseeably force, and in a fist fight you can't win against someone who can lift you into the air, force you back, or even crush you like a tin can.

a Spartan cannot win against an experienced force user, more so Sith than Jedi, unless it was a sneak attack or Snipe.

Perhaps you are forgetting the level on halo 2 when chief boarded High Charity. That time, the elites, brutes, and flood were caught in a battle and chief was right in the middle of it. He was attacked by all three.

@galestin So thats it then? they have no tactics? so they use cowards way out and use thier 'force'? If it were an actualy gunfight, spartans would win AND if it was a fistfight, the spartans would also win. Only on occasion of swordfight is that Jedis would win.

Chief got through all those forces yes, when said forces were at eachother's throats. John's never taken on.. maybe several dozen at a time when they are ALL focused on him. it's not like he even saw the bulk of his enemies forces.

Right place, right time scenarios. don't make is sound like he took them all on in one big fight. the only time he ever fights more than 20 (as an example) enemies is when the enemies are distracted with OTHER enemies.

some Force using characters within Star wars, pending on era or even specific jedi would just plow through any UNSC or covenant forces, Elite/Spartans or not.

This Spartan nearly got killed a numerous amount of times while trying to stop them. And guess what? He won. Now Imagine an army of Spartans...
