@uphill248 u can check with a program called cpuz
tricccple 1 year ago
@uphill248 if cpuz shows ur cpu is at default speeds then it's not overclock, even if u check bios u will get the same result
tricccple 1 year ago
@tricccple NO, the Bios showing 4.29MHz, which is overclocked. But its not show that in the CPUz program. Do you know what the problem is?

@uphill248 well, try multiple programs, stuff like everest, or simply right click on computer and go to properties, or new version of cpuz etc, if them all all say no oc, then the value from bios might be false (like i had a am2 board that allow me to change voltage but in reality it does not change)

Is this the same motherboard as the Biostar TA790GX XE AM2+/AM3 ? The reason I ask is because i am upgrading my system, with that motherboard, and an AMD Phenom x4 965 Black Edition, to add to my desktop PC, HP a6203w with an ATI Radeon 5670 XFX video card, and a corsair 430CX PSU. Or would i need a bigger PSU for the new mobo and proc? My current is stock mobo and stock pcu, which is an AMD athlon 64x2 4400+
