Thunder, Heavy Rain, and Shifting Wind

This is for all the weather fans out there.

Here is a video of one of two big thunderstorms that moved through on August 20, 2009. The video for the second storm, which lasted 20 minutes, has been accelerated in order to fit the entire storm into this video. The sound is at normal speed. Some photos of the ominous cloud formations from the first thunderstorm can be found here:

well..u edited this video, and made it faster..i can see the vehicle run not properly. FAKE!

@Jump2TheJAM Of course I made it faster, I said so at the very start of the video. It was accelerated to fit in the whole 20 minutes storm in the 10 minute time frame that YouTube had at the time. The sound, however, is not accelerated, it is the sounds of the storm as it rolled through. It is not a fake storm, it's just an accelerated view of it.

YouTube has a 10 minute limit. besides, there were a few slow spots in the storm and the faster version made it more interesting, I thought!

Chrisa great work on these videos. I use this and the one from 2007 to fall asleep to some nights - it might sound odd to some people but it really works !

I wish we would get storms like that here in the UK - we have crap weather, but nothing like this. :( Any more of these rain storm vids would be much appreciated, and keep up the good work !
