Probably theres only 15,184 views is because nobody really has the 1 Hour 40 min to get involved in the whole special so they aren't going to go for the first part because the material there is not as good as the material at the end. But I do agree with the other statements in that there should be more views because Robin Williams is mad funny, though mildly confusing dude to his erratic lack or segues.
