  • well in all fact finding a job this time of year is hard , but as a ex chef i know all kinds of tricks for getting a job this time of the year .

    1st say you will do a day free trial = no pay for your hard work

    2nd walk up to the boss ( the guy walking around cheeking things out )

    3rd never look away from their eyes when they are talking ,

    4th look for a cafe that is under the pump hard ( this means they are under staffed )

    all 4 of them steps work every time for me .

    kitchen's = hell
