@sissoman Maybe I will when spring comes around and I do the big 3 on my car. Granted my install isnt gonna be as clean as it should be right now cuz I have to cut a section of my car out to put my huge sub in, but I could make a video showing every step of installation and setup.

@Fr0z3nFr0g Wtf? Id like to see you run a car amplifier off of JUST the alternator. The power would be dirty as fuck. The battery supplies much cleaner power, even though its still not that clean.
Im not saying its not possible, It is. But it would be shitty. Never seen it done, and theres a reason why people dont do it.

well mine was really easy just because it was an older car with no fancy computers to blow up if you do something wrong. haha i also put my alarm on this thing. bet you cant break into it without it going off!
thanks bruv

@valantisblack you have a ground loop somewhere...either your amp isnt grounded properly, your head unit isnt grounded properly...or you may even have a very low quality rca cable. check your amp ground first...make sure its a pure metal on metal contact...scape off all the paint where you grounded the amp...you can even use a star washer to make a better connection...make sure its a good connection. what kinda rca cables did you use?

I dont mean to hate or anything, Im taking my first MECP test next month as well. But Iv been working with sound systems since I was about 10. Iv had the most ghetto setups youv ever seen, and Im still trying to clean up my installs best I can. Iv come along way from my Xplods and 30wrms amps haha.
But for real, you are missing alot of important stuff in this video. Like properly setting the gain.

yea, i was aware. i just wanted to get it workin in this video, after taht i set the gain. and i have one of them boost knobs up front so i can turn it up and down if i like, so the gain is pretty much adjustable. and i am aware that this wasnt the best install, but its better then alot. and for 400$ i cant complain. even though i dont like having subs this powerful anymore. i want like maybe one fi 10 inch, so i dont have to take them out every time i want good gas mileage, or to go offroading
