I go to downtown Djibouti to find out what the deal is with one of the most popular drugs in this African region, "Khat". While talking with the local dealers and users I get approached by individuals selling Osama Bin Laden merchandise.

I noticed that one guy was chewing khat and smoking a cigarette. One of them is doing lots of damage to his health, the other is illegal.

This thing is a drug don't get it confused. It can cause a lot of negative symptoms in a very short time. But i think those who have mastered its use should be respected and allow them to carry on their tradition. If we seem them use it responsibly then maybe the rest of the world can learn from them and use less artificial substances like coke. These substances obviously have a positive aspect along with the negative otherwise people wouldn't be doing them.
