  • If memory serves, QRR #3 and #4 are in the Portola museum.

  • Yes, it has re-opened and we are shipping close to 75 cars a month again. We're down to two employees on the railroad though.

  • @SierraRailway Sierra Pacific Industries owns the Quincy Railroad, and if memory serves me correctly, they have two mills. A large log mill and small log mill. The large log mill was closed a few years ago but I think it's since been re-opened.

  • and Quincy 2 2-6-2T is with the Niles Canyon Railway in Fremont. I believe Quincy 1 an 0-4-0 was scrapped.

  • Didn't know Quincy RR was even around anymore. Is QRR diesel #3 still on hand, and does Sierra Pacific Industries have a mill on the railroad?
