Rad Red's Fist!!!-Sonic Adventure (Ray Dub Tribute)

What's up Youtube. Ray Dub is back once more. First off I gotta apologize for my absence...again. My computer caught a virus and...well hell, you know the rest. Back at square one.

Felt like making a Sonic remix. But I also felt like trying something different with my personal style. Fortunately, I found a way to do both. This one is dedicated to every Knuckles, and/or Sonic Adventure fan out there. Since Knux's theme song is based on hip hop and jazz., I decided to make a theme song of a similar mood. However, I wanted it to be a bit new and hardcore, as well as old-school. So I sampled some pretty memorable songs from SA 1 (in addition to some other songs), and threw a back beat and some additional melodies on this song (in traditional Golden Age Hip Hop fashion). Because I made two original songs that I didn't like that well, I decided to cut n' paste in a sense, so this is a patchwork beat. It was pretty exciting to hear when I first made it. Now, I personally HATE it. lol jk

Nevertheless, I want to discontinue sampling and try to make old school styled hip hop from scratch. In addition, I plan on making tribute themes for every popular Sonic character besides Knux, but that will be a while. Before I jet out, I just wanted everyone to know that I've decided to post some of my original songs (for listening, not downloading or buying) on Sound Click. X3 Ok I wasn't the only one who realize the hip hop jazz style in SA 1 and SA2, but yeah golden age of hip hop in the 80, 90, and early 2000's when its at its best. Having more then just stuff thrown together like most artist do now adays. Its always awesome to hear somebody go full out with the instruments then just a way to simple drum kick more artist are doing. Keep it up Ray, cause we need to bring back the true age of hip hop again.
