No, there is no clutch. You just push the button to shift.

Can you shift into neutral with paddle sifters ?

No, you have to be in sport mode to use the paddle shifters...to shift into neutral you take the shifter out of sport mode and then put it in neutral just like normal.

You can upshift whenever you want in sport mode...
