Poltergeist Banging Noise Source of Activity?

I have just recorded this video taken in the front bedroom...9th January 2010 at 20:00 hrs aprox.
Turn up your volume controls and apply a bit of patience by listening. I walk out of the room and sit in my office
next door. There is about one loud bang about one minute through the video.

The main bang is towards the end at arounf the 4.5 minutes. There is an almighty bang that I certainly could not hear at the time. I then enter the room towards the end and switch off the camera which is an Olympus Digital
500 still camera set to record video. There is no mechanical devices or tapes on this camera, and the wall to my office is seperated by brick. Throughout the time, I am quiet.

When I first played this recording back from You Tube, I nearly died with fright. Whilst setting up the camera in the first few seconds of this video, you can hear a woman's voice calling out my name in a whisper.

The name "George"

I only noticed this afterwards.

Creepy, we have something in our home too. We seen a shadow man, a woman in a yellow very old style dress walk across the living room constant tapping daily, tvs turn on and off by themselves today I heard children in the living room talking to each other and no one was there dolls in my collection knocked to the floor sounds of my husband calling my name when he is at work and he heard my voice calling him in his office our dog will bark in our bathroom violently for no reason as it is empty
