The Day After is an American television movie which aired on November 20, 1983, on the ABC Television Network.
The film portrays a fictional nuclear war between NATO forces and the Warsaw Pact that rapidly escalates into a full scale exchange between the United States and the Soviet Union, focusing on the residents of Lawrence, Kansas and Kansas City, Missouri, as well as several family farms situated next to nearby nuclear missile silos. The film was written by Edward Hume and directed by Nicholas Meyer. The music is from one of the many alias of Danny Wolfers (Legowelt): Squadra Blanca, and the track comes from the album "Night Of The Illuminati" - "Squadra Intrepido", a very dark track for a very deep and evil prediction that until now hasn't come true.....Please Rate and Comment!!!
Yeah, it scared me when I was growing up, but then I realized that a lot of the shots came from "Meteor" with Sean Connery. I SWEAR TO GOD! Not just the atomic testing from the 50's, but a movie that was made 5 years BEFORE this one?

A bunch of the clips towards the end are videos of the Los Alamos nuclear tests in the 50's.
