Hey just wanting some tips, if I have After Effects CS5 and try to export - there is only three options, Adobe Flash Player (SWF) but there is no settings On2VP6 and tick encode alpha channel. How can I get my background to seperate from my alpha file?

Hi. I have premiere but dont have after effects and noticed that you said the separation of background and foreground can be done in premiere. What is the best way of doing this since premiere doesnt have a layer tab at the top? And when you checked enable alpha channel to export the clip, can this also be done with the exportation of individual frames?
