ContourHD and GoPro helmet cameras

This video was shot in 1080p quality and sized to fit for comparison. Not a huge difference in image quality, both look great! The only noticeable difference is the wider angle of view with the GoPro.

1. Slow it down, nobody can make a clear judgement about which camera would be better

2. I own the contourHD and the lens width is 135, not 110; the newer models are now 175

3. The GoPro does have a better white balance due to more controls on the camera, but when it comes down to cost, the contour is a much better bargain. If the color does not fit your liking you can always color correct in your editing software, no biggie

contour is a good speargun mount cam cauce its smaller than go pro.
