Their shortness actually helps. Having a lower centre of gravity means falls hurt you less, and doing a breakfall (what they're doing to avoid being hurt when hitting the ground) is easier.

@jonathan4178 UFC used to be a lot more interesting when it didn't have so many rules. In my competition days, the only one left standing was the winner. No judges, no calls, no surrenders, only winners. Of course I'm talking about China.
