  • When I import my video, it only shows in the preview window but not on the program where you can see the audio. Please help!

  • @jesselll Did you select thumbnail view? If not you can choose it by selecting the View tab and select it.. If you need more help hit me up

  • @orecordings Thanks for your reply. When I have a video open on a preview window, I try to go to views but there is no "thumbnail view" the way you've mentioned as well as the tutorial. It only says "video (alt 6)". I'm becoming really frusterated!! :(

  • @jesselll Okay.. another way is right above the track like in the video I extended downward.. then select the filmstrip icon.. refer back to the video..To show or hide the Video Thumbnail pane, drag the splitter bar that separates the Video Thumbnail pane from the Clips pane. Refer to the video again in the very beginning as reference.. Let me know what was the outcome

Pressing ALT-6 is if it did not open automatically when you imported the video, you can

open it by selecting Views > Video.

  • @jesselll another thing to add on from my previous note.. is that the filmstrip icon is lit up green in the video.. Notice how I pulled it down before starting anything..

  • @Bhuster6969 No it cannot do PIP, or VIV

  • @orecordings Oh cool. I guess I didn't stretch it out to see the FX part. lol. Thanks. I have another question. I tried putting several videos together to do overlays. Can this program do like Video-in-Video?

  • @Bhuster6969 Yes, you can add all your style of effects.. Click on the empty section in side the track pane, that says "FX" once you click it will pop up audio, midi, external, etc..

  • @orecordings It's cool but is there a way to add reverb? I was playing with the program and I don't see anything that will let me add reverb. Please help me.

  • @Bhuster6969 I use Camtasia Studio 7 and a shure KSM 32 mic or a headset mic
