This is at the Ontario Science center. Just a display that makes a little tornado. Most of the time you can't see it though because all the kids are running around on it and disrupting the air making it unable to create the tornado.

How many sides of the tornado machine were enclosed? Were there many walls to direct air or protect the vortex from outside air currents?

@gernith It was pretty much completely open. As I stated in the Video Kids were running around in it before I took the video and disrupting it and stopping the tornado from going.
