i have a cockatiel just like this.... i mean i dont know his background i think he was just neglected alot by an entire family and hes afraid of me... how did u socialize jamie??

So Sad! People are so mean to harm any living thing!!...God bless you for helping him!! There really should be a severe punishment for people who hurt animals, birds etc!
