Polar Process butter, cheese and viscous products pump. Our pumping systems receive full blocks of cold product and pump it to multiple usage points, where it is received with a texture suitable for immediate mixing or
packaging with minimal temperature increase. Continuous blending of butter, margarine, or shortening along with emulsification with herbs and gases is
also performed.
