Private investigator TJ Ward said presidential hopeful Herman Cain was not lying at a news conference on Tuesday in Phoenix.
Ward said nearly 70 law enforcement agencies nationwide use the voice software, including the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office.

Ward said the technology is a scientific measure that law enforcement use as a tool to tell when someone is lying and that it has a 95 percent success rate.

After listening to Cain's speech and analyzing it, Ward said there is no doubt, Cain is innocent.

1 - You say "constitution", what are you implying? You want to repeal the Civil Rights Act like Ron Paul wants, so you can put up a "no blacks" allowed sign over your business. So Obama's campaign manager pointed out the sexual harassment, why does that make Bialek a liar? And the latest accuser was in a lesbian relationship with her bodybuilder/business/girlfrien­d, who says the accuser NEVER mentioned Herman Cain, but the gf/business partner had to put out a restraining order against her, and sued her for libel/slander. @giftdaddy If you do some research, you'll find that this polygraph test was set up by Herman Cains campaign and his Lawyer Lyn Wood. Lyn Wood is a friend of the man who did the test, TJ Ward.

Don't believe everything the media shoves down your throat. you must search for the truth.
