I hope it's Putin. Medvedev is more pro-Western, (the most blatant example was his support of the bombing of Libya, which Putin clearly spoke out against). Either way though, they're still way better than anybody in the West.

Anyone who wants putin to be our president -if you like him so much, why dont you have him for your country instead.-When 90% of the population lives in near-poverty conditions..You're all disillusioned and know nothing what's going on here...Russian people are also at fault -they don't give a damn about anything these days..there's no unity anymore. And everyon thinks - what can I do alone..nothing -and they sit and wait when things improve, but they dont..and those in charge use that weakness.
