As for the healing, I think all Good units that have banner carriers (ie are level 2) heal automatically. With Evil, they only replenish units, but doesn't heal them.

@tucker1203 I'd say Goblins due to their half-trolls and fire drakes, but Men, Mordor and Dwarves are also pretty beast.
