It is a -300ER. Etihad only operate the -300ER variant.

@sk8guns21 nvm mate. i got it . i traveld etihad on ma trip to pak. Feb to june- cam wasnt workin on boeing 777. but on other etihad 500 it was workin.. thnk fo reply tho ;)

Not exactly. The 777-300ER is powered by the GE90-115B1 engines exclusively, while on the -300 you can choose the P&W PW4098, Rolls-Royce Trent 892, or the GE90-92B/GE90-94B. But you are right, all those are smaller than the GE90-115B1 engines.

@KRDSH931 Main difference, that most people can distinguish, is that the -300ER has raked wingtips. And depending on the operator, the -300's engines will be smaller than the -300ER's.
