    @Haz3rd because it's incomplete code, and I dont know how to make it work 100%. Take you flaming elsewhere, or better yet, do a video yourself of it working.

    if u access settings through the notifications bar then you can access all the settings options for the secondary user.. however if u access settings through the settings button under menu.. or a shortcut on homescreen.. you will get the limited settings options..
