I think this video was trying to show this:
Kit Fisto is training these troopers to use the Force to control the lightsaber hilts... And the trooper with decorated helmet has accidentally used the Force to throw the Jedi away, instead of moving the lightsaber.
Some kind of joke, but with poor expression.
