It is the courts arrogantly belief that they make law, is how the legal system got so screwed up. Judges interpret the law and must ,if they abide by their oaths, recognize and follow the clear legislative intent of any law they sit in judgment on. They can 't make it up as they go and can't (legally) make a ruling that is clearly against both the constitution and the clear legislative intent of the law.
We need sanctions for judge who don't follow this and even criminal penalties.

"judges make law" -- just as pedophiles rape children.
The difference, of course, is that only one of those two activities is judicial racketeering and High Crimes, and goes unpunished. It is the legislative branch alone who is granted the authority to make law.
Lawyers who are genuinely unable to understand and APPLY the law should be stripped of their license to practice, or prosecuted. The systemic failure of our government to do so has resulted in this Justice Sodomizer.

Get informed people because both her and Kagan will legislate from the bench for the next 40 years. Notice the difference between Sotomeyer, Kagan as opposed to Roberts, and Allito...Roberts and Allito use the Constitution and legal precedent as their guide for delivering verdicts. These two women use their "empathy" and personal views to render verdicts. This is how America will be changed forever, rending the Constitution useless.
