Pasta Recipe: Makes about 16 dumpling style ravioli

For gluten free: 1 cup GF Flour, 2 eggs, 1.25 teaspons xanthan gum
For regular: 1 cup white flour, 2 eggs

Sauce:
1 fennel bulb diced
1/2 medium onion diced
1 1/2 diced red pepper
1/4 c white wine
salt and pepper
olive oil
vegetable stock
half and half

  • That pasta dough looks much easier to work with then regular pasta dough XD Though I would invest in a pasta machine, they are really affordable and when I bought mine it came with a ravioli attachment.

  • aww I totally remember reading strega nona as a little kid, brings back memories of lots of time spent in the school library.

    and have you ever tried making gnocchi? I'd think that it'd be really easy to make gluten free, and it's totally my favorite pasta to make from scratch 'cause it's super simple.

  • I love Strega Nona. Thanks for bringing back my childhood memories. I have a gluten free channel too. I've made homemade pasta too but I haven't tried the BRM flour blend yet. I used rice flour, potato starch, xanthan gum and egg but your recipe looks easier. Thank you.
