"The people boosting Palins triumph were not celebrating because she demonstrated that she is qualified to be president if something ever happened to John McCain. They were cheering her success in covering up her lack of knowledge about the things she would have to deal with if she wound up running the country."

The debate proves to be a wash for the vice presidential candidates - a little too much repetitive 'campaign mush' thrown out by Palin and lack of answers hampers her ability to look Presidential.

While conceding that the McCain camp is happy, the resulting shift in American opinion as to whether she is up to the ability to run America, despite her abilities in the debate, mean the campaign continues onward.

As people expressed their frustration during the first Obama McCain debate when initial questions on the economy weren't answered, Palin, in spite of this, was blatant about saying she would choose when and how she would answers question given her - despite her and the campaign's agreement to participate.

Writing your own rules? Sounds a lot like Bush.

Do we need someone who can answer our questions - honestly, with deferring to other issues over and over because they are easier to answer? Well, doesn't sound like something we want 4 more or 8 more years of as the country is finally seeing what happens when an administration is not held accountable.

I won't even get into the fact that Palin thinks the Vice Presidential powers should be expanded. I think one look at Cheney or a Dan Quayle and we all know how good an idea THAT is.

palin is attractive, has a likable bubbly personality. She has charm & lots of charisma. However she's pure artiste! She loves the stage, the audience, the applause, the limelight, the adoration! palin put on an excellent 'SHOW'! Her LINES learnt perfectly! Like an actress 'playing the role' of politician! So long as she's MEMORIZED HER SCRIPTS she feels secure! She delivered a series of 'speeches', offering no substance, only a series of beauty pagent winking and cutsie cocking of her head. Soundbites delivered 'parrot-style'! She was very tense. Joe Biden presented America with an indepth delivery of what he and Obama propose to offer the American people! SUBSTANCE!! OBAMA=PRESIDENT!
