  • White guys find cures for cancer, blacks shake they booty and when they croak, they're hyped as a Great Man. LOL

  • I guess thats better than looking at you porch monkeys, huh? LMBAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • All he did was pirate someone else's format and play black music. And SUGAHHHH them black kids knew how to dance - waving dey booty all over dah place, jumpin aroun lak monkeys on crack - EWWWW LAWDY!!! LOL

  • I thought that you were an IMBECILE long before you began your character assassination of others. Don't hate that he had a successful format and one where the teens know HOW to actually dance. Tossing your hair about is not dancing you idiot, that is more like they were all having seizures...lmbao! Be gone, imbecile.

  • I'm starting to get you're an idiot. All he did was rip off American Bandstand and make a black version. Does that make him Einstein?

  • BLACKS WERE NOT ALLOWED TO HOLD A FORMAT, FIRST AND FOREMOST. PLAY BLACK MUSIC? THE LAST TIME THAT I NOTED IT? WASN'T MR. CORNELIUS "BLACK?" IT WAS A TREND--NOTE WHAT IS OUT IN THE FIELD OF MUSIC TODAY. AMERICAN BANDSTAND WAS FOR YOUR WHITE PEOPLE. SOUL TRAIN WAS FOR BLACKS. STARTING TO GET IT NOW?

  • Give a wife-beater and druggie props? Sorry, no can do. All he did was rip off the american bandstand format, and play black music. How does that constitute a "trend".

  • Lest you forget? Mr. Cornelius was very instrumental in implementing the flip-side of "American Bandstand" for black teens. The show was called Soul Train. White businesses had little to NO interest in black people. Mr. Cornelius' "talent" was that of a commentator--what he did in his previous employ.

The man was a trend-setter. Give him a head nod and his props, out of respect if nothing else.

  • What a beatiful woman.
