Rep. Tom Price (R-GA), a physician, delivers the Weekly Republican Address on health care. "American's need patient centered reform, not Democrats' costly government takeover of health care."
yeah, you geniuses posting here know more about what he's talking than he does. Never mind that he's in the House every day and he was practicing MD for 20 years. Oh, yes, you people know so much more than he. HR3200 (the Dem bill which passed in the House) would create 53 government bureaucracies to run health care. If not to make health care decisions, then for what? Just to create jobs for their friends?
Tom, It's a really good thing that zero, none of the plans proposes to involve government in doctor-patient decisions. It is an outright lie to claim that the Democrat plan has Washington making "highly personal medical decisions on behalf of patients." It's easy to understand why Obama wants to stamp out outrageous lies like this. Why do you and the GOP construct this straw man? Is it because the GOP's objections can only be supported by straw man arguments?
