  • I really appreciate George's and Kathleen's honest assessment of the project ie that initial findings suggest the project hasn't been successful. Institutions from the South are likely to benefit more from learning from each other's experiences, and donors should be supporting projects that enable South to South exchanges. Mind you, institutions from the North would also benefit from the looking at the work of non-formal educators in the South.
