Hard to tell from this vid, but okonomiyaki is mad tasty. There are several restaurants in Tokyo, but try the ones where you make your own, (like in the video). Not that hard to find, espec round the student areas. Also, skip the monjayaki..

@Eszra its somewhat sweet yet rounded. umami i guess and the kewpie mayo is sweet as well but has the best mayo flavor there is when heated. try some spread on bread and fried like toast. dee lish.
