I use to fish that pool during the early 90's but not anymore and that pool use to hold over 2 thousand salmon. I would easily hook over a hundred salmon in the span of 11 hours. Nowadays, there are only a few dozen around during the fall run. Tight lines. Cheers. Dont forget to check out my tips.

the long weekend in October. Best place to see it is higher up river, under Eglinton Ave. There is a park there called Hewick Meadow or something. You can only get into the park from the eastbound lane, just east of Mississauga Rd

the first part is Erindale Park(dundas) the second part is Hewick Meadow (below Eglinton) - I don't think you can fish there though. :) Not legally anyways
