my god i finally found it, this is the oldest advert i ever remember, thank you to the poster of this vid, i have looked and even asked Walkers themselves if they had this in their archives and they could not recall it. What a find!!!
I remember it, it was a shop scene, the voice over saying what good value walkers crisps are, elderly customer buying the crisps in the shop asks in a scottish accent while shaking a few coins out of his purse "Aye, you'll no be havin' a sale. (not very "pc" for todays tv, as i guess it would offend scott's folk for aledging they might be a bit tight?)

My mum wnats too see this walkers add (can't remember what happens now) but at the end the blokw says in a geordie accent "you no be aving a sale?"
