it looks better with it off. in this video, setting it to on just makes the water look weird and thick, and too rough. it looks nice and calm and clear on the off setting

@Fittlemen AMD ATI Readon for lap's, I have been using HD4650 for 3 years i miss a Dx11 without Insane Fps drop cause OpenGl well it can make me a bit fuzzy in 1080p ressuloutions...

@brandon9271 you laptop must really suck then... my 2 and a half year old 2000$ Laptop only had problems if i didn't kill all tray Icons before playing, try press ctrl + shift + esc, then go to processes and kill all trayIcon processes you dont need, and then try again to see if you can feel a diff, i only have a 2.8 ~GHz Dual core on a 32-bit OS ´don't tell me your lap cant compare with that....

even if I'm in the desert this setting KILLS my FPS on my laptop! (dell m6300 w Quadro FX m3600) loooks amazing though!
