Adobe After Effects CS3 Face Morph

This is a special effects test of motion tracking and the liquify filter in after effects CS3. I did this for my final project in a class for college. And before everyone comments on it, I know I misspelled weird on the credits.

hey man. nice work.
I'm just wondering if you used the track and reverse track method to get the liquify to track with your face. I am quite familiar with this technique.
Did you use it here? Or is there another method? I can't figure out why you can't just link an adjustment layer with liquify to a track-parented null object... Is the liquify tool just designed without that ability?
