  • Intel is firing on all cylinders right now

  • I thought "high power gaming consoles" was a funny comment because it essentially meant "Not the Wii."

  • I think the great recession setback us about two years in cool advanced consumer products.... I mean it's 2011 were supposed to have e paper magazines and stuff

  • @jayguy173 their would still new problem,s for 22nm transistor,s size of a transtior part can not be smaller than the space between the metal"s atom, it impossbile to make transistor part thats a fraction of an atom, and comprising hich conductivety allow"s requries lots of enrgey to heat and condense the metal. riaseing the cost of producion. and if the transistor atoms where that close together, it might cuasecurrent exghange with a near by transistior or voltagediscarge disableing the circut

  • hope amd doesn't fall too behind its because of amd competition that keeps intel's prices in check.

  • @thiswaythat Bulldozer is the answer

  • @WickedGr that would be real fast, i wish my core 2 duo to have the same thing :)

  • Intel i9 cpu will be made on a 32nm die and have 6 cores.

  • it keeps the transistors from leaking as much alowing more to packed into smaller space and more advanced archatechures
