A story about cheese, an Australian butcher and the joys of small businesses.

This is my entry for the US Chamber of Commerce "I Am Free Enterprise contest."

I used to live one block over from these places - they have awesome food, great service, and they are always in demand. The businesses work together (i.e. Cheesetique carries Caboose's bread), complement each other (cheese, meat, bread&coffee) and make a delightful place to shop for a delicious dinner... or sandwich. Great video!

Free enterprise is great but due to human nature it will always have an undesirable end in the form of less choice and higher prices. There are many glaring examples of this if you're willing to look.
