This song is the one used in (from, even?) the ending credits of Kiki's Delivery Service in the Japanese and recent English DVD releases, by Amai Yumi (as it says in the vid description).

There the title is translated a bit differently, as "If I am surrounded in gentleness of nature" (notably lacking a 'the') but the song is the same and worth a listen if you liked this video.

@SibeliusEosOwm Yes, this song is used in Kiki's movie. If the title translated literrally, it would be "If (no subject) was surrounded in tenderness/gentleness", but I felt the word "surround" would not sound exactly the same as the Japanese word "tsutsumu" so I didn't use it :)
