To honor President Ronald Reagan on the anniversary of his birthday, the President of the United States has designated United States Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton to place a wreath on President Reagan's gravesite on his behalf. On this birthday, President Reagan's 99th, special keynote speaker Elizabeth Dole reflects on her time serving as United States Secretary of Transportation under President Reagan, as well as her longtime friendship with President and Mrs. Reagan. This beautiful and touching ceremony was held at President Reagan's Memorial Site at The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California.
