SHORT FILM (Part 1 of 4) Amalgam Final edit Uncut Arthouse Horror *(2007)

This film was mostly made at home...

I used a Sony Handycam.....

My bedside lamp was used sometimes as the lighting rig.....

The film Contains non Actors and Actresses...

It was made whilst i had no job or money.. on my jobseekers benefit budget....

Headphones are advised...Watch this film loud!!!!

This is the first part of the Original 33 minute version.

For those who watched a version of the film last halloween....This is very different...

I tried to explain at the time of showing that the film was not finished...It was infact only about half done....

This version contains 6 more scenes and over 400 new tracks of audio...

Due to one of the actresses having illness in her family which has thankfully now gone...more scenes were shot after the initial preview ...I also spent a month in my parents garage recording most of the score...

What was heard at the preview was only the basis of the score....now you will hear lots more defined sounds, actual music!!! and scares...

I left the film for six months whilst working on other projects.....and i then returned to it when moving to spain....The break has helped me understand what i really wanted the film to be....For a while i was lost ...this was because of it being sick to death of it...Ha Ha ( anyone who has every made a film on there own will understand) Ha...anyway thats my smallest violin in the world part out the way...Here it is...... I also will be releasing the score for download soon.....

The compression quality for this is a bit shit...Hence the 4 parts...... But ill upload it somewhere else soon In a bigger size.

I do all the score, noise bits and foley work...There are songs from bands like Mogwai in the film who agreed to me using there music.....which parts are you talking about?

This is freakin' awesome, man! Love the experimental narrative, the forboding atmosphere, the PITCH BLACK undertones, the disorienting cinematography! Spot on! Kind of reminds me of a lot of things, Lynch is an obvious. Maybe some references to Irreversible?

Anyway, keep up the good work, can't wait to see more!
