@zzmann33 The tang is about 4" and in my tank i have about, 60lbs of LR. Its actually a reef tank with: 1 flame angel, 2 p. clowns, 2 damsels and 1 royal gramma.
I was actually thinking on having it in there long term. i knw people would insist on having these fishes in bigger tanks, but i have seen these guys in similar environment without any fuss, even though the opposite is also true!!! Wht u think?!

@TonyMrRyan "if" you have plenty of room for it to swim, use your best judgement. I dont see why not. I also know you want this fish really bad, but at the same time you have to think of the fish. If you stress it out it could die. maybe get a smaller one to start and see hoe it does. 4" is a little big for a 55 yes... Is up to you... Good Luck!
