Japanese Quail rooster crow - Texas A&M variety

hi there i am wondering to buy quails do they go in other people gardens and can they fly and can you keep them in an parrot cage with a parakeet/indian ringneck and lastly can you keep these outside but in the cage

and i just sexed the 8 quail i hatched (now i know how) and to my much disappointment i have six (6)!! males and only 2 females :( oh well i think i will need some more eggs :P but i know now why they are crowing so much at night lol theres 5 more than i need

yeah mine have just started.. i didn't realise how loud they were lol and i am starting to raise them. i think i will have to move there cage further out the back lol
