I told you I was going to get to this one sooner or later. This sounds pretty much like the sound Skrillex used in the song "Get Up" that he worked on with Korn. He uses this sound a lot, but I figured I'd connect it to the most recent track simply because people might be curious how to get that sound.

It's not identical but it's damn close. If you resample it, then you can chop it up and mess with it. Should I feel bad that I used this same sound in an official remix that's coming out soon?

Preset is on my Facebook:

  • eughhhh what is this???

  • Sample and Hold is bound to get you to a Yoy sound one way or another. This is and was a pretty common sound in dubstep, long before Skrillex came along.

  • Resonant modulating bandpass with sample reduction. You can make this with practically any synth as long as you have a redux plugin.

  • You shouldn't feel bad about using this sound because Skrillex has used it.. This is one of the most basic vocal sound you can make in Massive (or at least the most widespread and known)

  • how to make the same in sylenth
