@ghost15120 @ghost15120 Listen again buddy; he said he is responsible for 'the design and build' of the network upgrade for later this year. That doesn't mean he is the actual head or even 'responsible' for the network issues. But your right he MUST want to disadvantage is customers and force them to move away. And do you even know anything about base stations? Obviously not from your accusation; you can't even tell what that tech is doing.

I cant help but think that the time and money it took make this this Video/PR Stunt could have been spent better. I dont care how you fix it, just fix it. These problems have gone on long enough.

There's an easy fix for the 3G coverage issues and calls. Change to telstra :) bit expensive but works every single TIME!!!!

u said this station is already upgraded but the technician behind u is in the process of doing that upgrade. which one is it?
