I go to a Methodist church that was
built the same year and it's still alive
a healthy with God's presence. It has
touched my heart to see this once
beautiful church in ruins. I have seen
pictures when this church was also
alive. Now it looks forgotten and
desolate.

I was blessed to attend this church in my childhood where I enjoyed the most wonderful and memorable times of my life. More importantly though, the church was annointed with God's Holy Spirt and is the reason why myself and so many others can be proud to say we are Christians today. Thank you for this video! My mother remembers going there and how lovely it was. She is heartbroken to see it like this, but we really appreciate your lovely video that brings back the glory of this holy place.

Looks like this video is done from a perspective of respect and admiration. One detail that makes this church even more amazing... It was an active community in this space from only 1926 to 1975.
To talk with some of the people who prayed there before it was abandoned... I imagine the experience would be too distant or painful for some. The real tragedy would be if no one cared.
Thanks for assembling and sharing these images. Seems God is talking through them in very thought provoking ways.
