  • This record is from what year?

  • As far as I can tell, It's from 1960.

  • Cool record. I was lucky enough to experience a few drive-in movies before they were all torn down and redeveloped in the Portland OR area. I think Ghosbusters was the last move I saw at one.

  • That would have been around 1984...I think the last time I had been to the drive-in before this new one was built was around 1983 when I saw "E.T." This one here seems to do real well...always lots of people in attendance.

  • your a cat what kind of animal is your friend a fox ,, Nice to see a drive in being built . You can have both community and privacy in a drive in . There is nothing else like it .. i play this song on the piano a Summer place

  • Yes the drive-in experience is great as you do have a lot more freedom than at an indoor theatre but it is still a public event, something to go out to and do, I really do agree with you. Also yes he is a fox.

  • good music

  • i want a copy of the record

    probably on a blogspot

  • @123demaio . Too bad that they just don't start building them all over the country. There used to be over 4000 drive in theaters, now, they're around 400, if that. If they started building them, maybe, just maybe it might offer employment and stimulate the economy. They used to have 2 of them in the city where I live, but they were both tore down.

  • Nice photos and soundtrack.
