It rains in manchester every day but no news on that.I hope the people of manchester dont have to pay for southerners building on rivers with insurance claims due to bad tory councils.

It doesn't rain in Manchester every day! I once jested that to a friend who lives there, and was put right so I'll return the favour. As to insurance claims, well I guess its payback for all the inner city crime claims that are a constant drain.
