Glad to hear that. What was the name of the airfield?

In front of those buildings were a little airport in 1960s, nowadays there is a shopping center, the University of Alicante, and an motorway.
The little road now is now a four-line road, and the streetcar dissapeared in 1970s, but curiously now is building it again.

Indeed there was in the distance a little (military?) airport. Barajas or something? I'm glad that I recorded the oldtime layout.

Hello Michael,
I'm from Alicante and this videos are fascinating.
I work nowadays near this buildings, and all around is very different now.
My father lived in San Vicente and remember this old road and the streecar.
The small village at the end of the video seems to be Villafranqueza, a small village near Alicante.
Thank you for uploading this videos.
